The North Platte Telegraph The local Kids Klub supplemental education program continues to receive high marks from the Nebraska Department of Education. In the latest evaluation, Kids Klub exceeded the state average in almost every category.

Students at the Papillion-La Vista School District are writing in every class, and their practice shows. According to recent results released by the Nebraska Department of Education, the majority of PLSD students are meeting or exceeding standards on the Nebraska Statewide Writing Assessment.

Then when they get to class, they'll flip open their laptops and catch up on the day's news. College students are spending more time than ever on computers.
